Note that if you was registered before and did not verified your email address, your account most likely is deleted. By the way, unverified accounts means nothing. Such users are treated as unregistered.

The form does not verify anything. If your login exists AND e-mail address is bound to that login name, the email with new password will be sent to this e-mail. Remember that e-mail address is not shown anywhere in the site.

4 rules:

• MAIN RULE: you can not recover unverified account ;)
• and, if user was logged in for a last month, request will be ignored,
• and requestor and new password acceptor have to be on the same IP address,
• and new password have to be accepted in 15 minutes after request,
• and password recovery can be called once a month. If you need it once again, write me and I'll reset the time counter.

A HINT for those who don't remember their login name: create new email, register with it and forget the old one. Or don't forget your login.
